For the second keynote, it was mainly a demo session, especially JOULE, which appeared in all areas of SAP cloud, which was very impressive. 🤖

kicked off the session, drawing a compelling analogy between ERP systems and the human body, where a single issue can ripple across the entire system. Alam emphasized the pressing challenges businesses face today, such as macroeconomic pressures and the necessity for AI-driven innovation. SAP’s response to these challenges lies in their modular and configurable solutions that drive true digital transformation. He highlighted key SAP products, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, SAP Concur, and SAP Fieldglass.

took the stage to demonstrate the "GROW WITH SAP" suite, showcasing AI-driven automation across various platforms. The Sales Cloud, SAP Concur, and financial analysis with Joule were presented as tools that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve decision-making.

further explored AI's role in enhancing managerial experiences and data generation. She demonstrated the integration of SAP Joule with Microsoft 365 Copilot, which automates performance goals, team management, and budgeting tasks, making these processes more efficient and insightful.

made a significant announcement about the integration of SAP AI Core with Microsoft Azure, expanding the SAP AI Hub, and introducing a new series of virtual machines for enhanced performance. He highlighted the close collaboration between Microsoft and SAP, aiming to optimize performance, security, and costs for major clients like Nestle and Standard Chartered Bank.

[Juergen Mueller & Orla Cullen]🔍
provided a comprehensive overview of SAP’s end-to-end portfolio, centered around a modular, cloud-based ERP core. Cullen demonstrated tools such as the SAP Spend Control Tower, Datasphere, and integration tools like SAP Build and Signavio. Mueller emphasized the importance of maintaining a clean core, which ensures readiness for innovation, supported by regular updates and the use of ABAP Cloud for extending functionalities.

illustrated how SAP Signavio and SAP Build enable businesses to meet specific needs beyond standard processes. She showcased the use of ABAP Cloud and natural language prompts to accelerate development and integration, demonstrating SAP's commitment to providing flexible and powerful solutions.
